Description
Raise awareness of the new kiosks installed in the ESAT (sheltered employment centre).
Your role is to implement an internal communication system based on kiosks and screens, replacing traditional paper bulletin boards, to make information more accessible to workers with disabilities, visitors, supervisors and qualified staff. Content to be included:
- The simplified establishment project
- The division organisation chart
- The internal rules of operation
- The Rights & Freedoms charter
- The list of qualified persons
- The welcome booklet
- The anti-abuse policy
- An overview of the workshops
- An overview of the SSMS
- An overview of the various support activities
- An overview of health prevention initiatives
- An overview of the participation framework
- The different forms of support offered
- The CVS meeting minutes (or the most recent one)
- Etc.
