Description

In 1957, Anne Sommermeyer founded La Nichée in Châtenay-Malabry to welcome children with disabilities. In 1961, the Association Les Amis de l'Atelier opened its first CAT, L'Atelier. It became the Fondation des Amis de l'Atelier in 2011 and is recognised as being of public utility. The ESAT welcomes people with disabilities who cannot work in ordinary or adapted companies. It offers a variety of professional activities and medico-social support to foster personal and social fulfilment.
