Logistics: Access to the premises is subject to hospital safety and hygiene rules (wearing appropriate clothing, respecting authorized areas). Bring clothing that can get stained. Physical: Painting work involves prolonged postures (arms raised, crouching) that may cause muscle fatigue. Regular breaks recommended. Emotional: Working in a pediatric hospital environment. Possibility of meeting young patients - sensitivity and discretion expected.

Description

CONTEXT: ESEAN is a pediatric medical rehabilitation healthcare facility welcoming children and teenagers. The dining room of the Complete Hospitalization Service (Scaphandrier Service) is a central space used daily, but has never been developed as a real dining place since the building opened in 2010. OBJECTIVE: Transform this space into a peaceful and warm place to improve meal conditions and ensure better quality of life for patients and professionals. PLANNED ACTIVITIES: • Painting: applying paint to the walls according to colors defined with the CLAN (Food and Nutrition Liaison Committee) • Finishing: touch-up of corners and baseboards for a neat result IMPACT: Create a more serene setting for meals, a noticeable improvement in well-being for young patients and professionals. This project is part of a collective effort with the EPI'REVE association which will renew the furniture.
