Constraints & risks (logistical, physical, emotional)

Taking part in a clean-up does not require any specific physical ability — we can divide participants into teams and provide varying levels of difficulty, including for people unable to undertake significant physical effort. Emotionally, even though some sites are particularly polluted, the only emotional shock this may cause is beneficial to the planet, as participants tend to leave with one wish: never to see litter on the ground again. No specific logistical constraints.

Description

There is so much to do! Local authorities do not always have the human and financial resources to take care of it. Proposed format for the Solidarity Clean-up Operation (SCO): - 30 min: presentation of the association and its missions - 5-6h : time for field action. In teams, gear up, equip yourselves with gloves and sorting bags, and collect the various waste items in the dedicated bags. - Relaxation break with a quiz. - Wrap-up on the amount of waste collected (weighing of bags, etc.) and on the quality of the work (most organised team, sorting skills, etc.) with a challenge and rewards.
