Scoping the review of our 5National Days: - Journées Nationales de l’Agriculture: an event that opens farms and agri-food sites to the public (https://journeesagriculture.fr) - Journées Nationales de la Réparation : a campaign promoting repair culture by encouraging citizens to repair rather than replace everyday products, reducing waste and supporting a circular economy (https://journeesreparation.fr) - La Grande Semaine Végétale: a ten-day national initiative encouraging people to discover and adopt more plant-based eating habits through local events, workshops, and tastings across France. https://lagrandesemainevegetale.fr - Semaine Nationale de la Prévention Santé: an awareness campaign showcasing local initiatives that promote preventive health practices, including nutrition, physical activity, mental health, sleep, and screening. https://snps.make.org - Semaine de l'IA pour tous: a nationwide initiative that helps citizens discover, understand, and develop practical skills in artificial intelligence through conferences, workshops, and local events organized across France. https://semaine-ia.fr Every year, Make.org prepares a review of this different events. The purpose of the morning will be to scope how these reviews are produced by exploring how to: a) redesign the data collection process b) improve the analysis of feedback received (data processing and analysis, automation of summaries) c) identify possible solutions for the pre-identified workstreams -> TO BE DEFINED d) harmonize data collection across the different causes Proposed agenda 9:30–10:30: Welcome and introduction to Make.org 10:30–12:00: Group work on improvement opportunities 14:00–15:00: Sharing initial ideas and pooling insights 15:00–16:30: Deep dive into improvement opportunities 16:30–17:30: Wrap-up presentation and conclusion
