Launching the « Être Humains Ensemble » project in France

Description

Background: Following our engagement with Unaccompanied Minors since 2019, around thirty of them wanted to help us support « the younger ones » coming after them. After two meetings, two lockdowns and then half a dozen meetings with young people from Grigny, the project broadened to include: - support to enable the association to continue training and supporting Unaccompanied Minors in need, - support to other local associations or nearby farms, - ad hoc support to participating young people when needed, - the launch of projects in their countries of origin to provide on-site help (paused for lack of « team leaders », we now plan to develop it differently to begin with). Objectives: Identify companies whose employees need French-language training and who do not yet have a designated training organisation, in order to offer them our courses, fundable through their OPCO.
