Description
Over one or two full days (to be defined depending on the number of registrations), come and take part as a team in an impact study supporting La Fourmilière's development and sustainability, alongside the association's board, active volunteers, and salaried staff.
Background: La Fourmilière will soon celebrate its 10th anniversary and has gone through many changes during this first decade: changes of board, leadership, volunteers, but also shifts in scale and local branches, in communication, partners, funding sources, projects, and more.
Objectives: Bring your strategic, marketing, communication and UX/UI skills to support an association soon turning 10 — to help take stock and celebrate its first decade in style, accompanied by the salaried team. La Fourmilière has introduced more than 20,000 people to volunteering and citizen engagement over the past 10 years. Help the association to:
- map past events and their impact;
- accurately count volunteers, salaried staff, sponsors, association and financial partners, and others who have engaged with La Fourmilière;
- develop internal monitoring indicators, quantifiable and usable with partners and sponsors;
- develop impact indicators for the general public, association partners, financial partners and sponsors, the board and the leadership;
- develop internal success indicators and indicators for upcoming projects;
- design short-, medium- and long-term strategies.

10:00 — Mutual introductions between consultants and volunteers
10:30 — Presentation of La Fourmilière's activities and engagement opportunities beyond Powerday
11:00 — Mapping of La Fourmilière's actions, communication channels and other association statistics
