Every month, hundreds of different associations receive products collected by Dons Solidaires after ordering them from our catalog. We ensure traceability of what we deliver to associations through our ERP system Odoo (references, quantities, value, etc.). We would like to have a monitoring and management tool, easy to use and update, to analyze the consistency between associations' order levels and their actual needs (particularly in terms of the number of beneficiaries). This would allow us to define alert thresholds in case of inconsistencies and easily identify associations that need support.
