AFMD tracks nearly 200 members, and engagement is a key challenge — whether to maintain regular member relations, identify their needs, or catalogue practices in equality, equity, diversity and inclusion.
Today the association uses three tools: a CRM, Word sheets and the Baserow platform. We need people with data expertise to streamline all this and build an effective dashboard to aggregate data, identify 'ghost' members, organise follow-up… and even automate certain tasks: creating alerts based on a threshold of non-engagement, for example.
We are open on method and deliverable, as we would like to cross-fertilise expertise and learn together!
