Description
This initiative is designed for learners enrolled in integration workshops (ateliers chantiers d'insertion) at Colombbus. These participants are training to obtain the Digital Mediator diploma (equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree) while being employed by the association for 11 months. After completing the programme, they move on to careers in digital support, training, and related fields.
The day will be divided into two parts:
1. Morning – Career sharing: Wavestone employees will present their professional journeys and career paths, helping participants discover the diversity of opportunities in the digital and consulting sectors.
2. Afternoon – Mock job interviews: Participants will take part in simulated job interviews to practise and build confidence for their future job search.
