To celebrate the official launch of the second edition of the STEM'Pulse Grant, La Puissance du Lien and Wavestone are joining forces to organise an immersive day dedicated to women who want to build their future in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). This day will give students, recent graduates, professionals in career transition and entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet Wavestone consultants, discover tech and consulting careers, grow their professional network and benefit from personalised support to build their future project. Wavestone employees will become the drivers of the launch of the STEM'Pulse 2026 Grant by sharing their experience, advice and expertise through testimonies, workshops, mentoring and one-to-one coaching. Objectives: - Promote women's access to technology and science careers; - Strengthen diversity in STEM fields; - Support participants in their orientation and professional development; - Grow their confidence and their network; - Enable Wavestone employees to concretely commit to equal opportunities.
