Description

This day aims to bring together employees around a concrete, useful and meaningful action, in support of the projects run by AJDB. On the programme: several participatory work parties will be offered to help improve and maintain the association's site: gardening, cleaning, DIY, painting and outdoor space arrangement. The site has a particular history. Since 2019, AJDB has been leading a major rehabilitation project of a former illegal dump, transforming this degraded space into a real place for community life, meetings and environmental awareness. Today, the site hosts many events and activities for local residents. It features green spaces, composting areas, community gardens and various arrangements fostering social ties and sustainable development. This day will allow participants to see first-hand the impact of the association's actions while contributing to this collective and civic project. Beyond the tasks carried out, it will be a moment of sharing, team cohesion and engagement in support of a local initiative with strong social and environmental impact.
