1. Update our website: we need advice on: inserting new documents; changing the presentation of the "they talk about us" section. We count on the team for clear and simple presentation proposals; website access rights management
2. Valuing volunteer hours for 2025: support to find a reproducible methodology for other years; define the different functions in which volunteers are engaged as well as average times: book delivery; reading aloud; office hours (administrative management and system animation); system management outside office hours; representation and communication etc....
3. Find a new tool for presenting our general assembly document currently on PowerPoint
