Description
An international movement founded in 1865 in England and present in nearly 134 countries, the Salvation Army has been established in France since 1881. It fulfils a general-interest, social-utility and social-responsibility mission serving thousands of people welcomed in more than 250 social and medico-social structures and services: supporting people facing precariousness on their way to a place in society, working for young people in building their future, watching over the quality of life and social ties of the elderly, and supporting people with disabilities towards a fulfilling life.
