Fondation Tara Océan

Description

Created in 2003, the Fondation Tara Océan is the first foundation in France recognised as being of public utility and dedicated to the Ocean. It is leading a scientific revolution around the Ocean, developing open, innovative and unprecedented ocean science that will enable us to better predict, anticipate and manage climate-related risks. It draws on this high-level scientific expertise to raise awareness and educate younger generations, mobilise top-level political decision-makers, and enable emerging and developing countries to make use of this new ocean knowledge.
