Description
ViensVoirMonTaf fights social determinism by giving middle-school students from priority neighbourhoods (REP/REP+) access to a meaningful, chosen first internship. Since 2015, VVMT has been working on three levers: classroom orientation workshops, individual support for applications, and the mobilisation of local companies to turn internships into a real accelerator of equal opportunities and integration.
